Cafe Theres

Café Theres, previously known as Café Mohrenkopf until 2022, is one of the oldest Oktoberfest tents. Established in 1950 by the Wiemes family, the tent was named after the beloved Queen Therese of Bavaria.

Despite a renewal in 2008, Café Theres has preserved its vintage charm and relaxed atmosphere compared to other beer tents at Oktoberfest. The interior is adorned with paintings that reflect the English Garden’s beauty with traditional decor completed with handcrafted wooden furniture.

Daily musical ambiance is set by the Monaco Allstars from 6 pm, enhancing the evening’s vibe. This smaller tent not only serves breakfast, fresh apple strudel, coffee, cakes and salty snacks, prepared ons-ite. However, it also offers a selection of wines and cocktails by night. No beers are served here.
