Wirtshaus Im Schichtl

Since 1869, Wirtshaus Im Schichtl has been part of Oktoberfest and has continued the traditions of Germans. You will find a unique blend of Bavarian Hospitality and entertainment.

Famous for its “Last Meals” means it has been serving the last food specially to the people beheading to the show. This adds an extra layer of intrigue and atmosphere to the overall experience at Wirtshaus Im Schichtl. However, these meals are not exclusive to the participants. They are available to all guests, ensuring everyone can indulge in the culinary delights while enjoying the extraordinary entertainment at the theater.

For over 150 years, the traditional theater at Oktoberfest has been captivating audiences, featuring illusions and bizarre beheadings.
