Zur Bratwurst Oktoberfest Tent

Zur Bratwurst was initially built by Simon Bäumler, the landlord of the famous Nuremberg Bratwurstglöckl, over 100 years ago. In 2000, Michi Beck, the descendant of Simon Bäumler, reconstructed the tent. In 2007, Werner Hochreiter, the landlord of Hochreiter’s Steirer am Markt, took over the tent and renamed it “Zur Bratwurst.”

It has a visually remarkable appearance, referencing the traditional architecture of Oktoberfest tents. Its garden offers a small bar and features rock music in the evening. The tent has been extended over the years and now includes a beer garden and a champagne bar.

Situated on Esperantoplatz, adjacent to the Toboggan and near major transportation connections such as the Goetheplatz U-Bahn station, the intimate tent Zur Bratwurst offers easy accessibility.
