Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that we do not take returns for orders containing multiple sizes with intentions of checking best fits.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that partial refunds (if applicable) may be subjected to certain cases.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN REFUND
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All labels and packaging should be included
- No damaged products can be returned
- Sizes can be exchanged but not returned for refund
- Difference in color can be due to screen resolutions. We do not take returns for small differences
- Shoes must be tried on indoors
- Returns initiated based on change of mind, can not be accepted
In case of exchange required we also offer store credit and discount coupons for customers to shop a different item at the lowest prices possible.
